1. Who we are
DUMB.trade ("DUMB", "we", "us") is operated by DUMB Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These Terms govern your use of the DUMB website, web app and mobile apps (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, the Community Guidelines and the Arena Rules. If you don't agree, don't use DUMB.
2. Eligibility and restricted use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age of majority required where you live, and legally capable of entering a binding contract. A feature may impose a higher age or additional identity, sanctions, source-of-funds or location checks.
United States persons are expressly excluded from leveraged trading and from any real-value Arena outcome contract. You may not use these features if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, domiciled in, or a citizen or green-card holder of the United States of America or any of its territories, or if you are acting for or on behalf of a U.S. person or entity. This exclusion applies regardless of the device, network or payment method used. Other features may carry additional location restrictions, and the list of restricted jurisdictions may change without notice.
You may not use DUMB if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of a jurisdiction where the relevant feature is prohibited, or if you appear on an applicable sanctions or restricted-person list. Feature availability does not establish legality in your location.
You must not use a VPN, proxy, location-spoofing service, false statement or third party to evade a geographic, eligibility or compliance restriction. We may block, suspend, void or restrict activity where we reasonably suspect evasion, manipulation, fraud, sanctions exposure or unlawful use.
You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you. A disclaimer or your acceptance of these Terms does not transfer to you any legal obligation that applicable law places on DUMB.
3. What DUMB is — and is not
DUMB is a software interface and social network. It displays market information, hosts user content and CALLs, and provides interfaces to third-party protocols and wallet infrastructure.
DUMB is not your investment, legal or tax adviser. Nothing on DUMB — including posts, CALLs, rankings, Arena outcomes, AI output or member content — is a recommendation, solicitation, guarantee or promise of profit.
The legal characterization of a service depends on how it operates, not the label used in the interface. References to market esports, predictions or outcome contracts do not by themselves determine the product's regulatory status.
4. Your account and wallet
The current wallet model is custodial-with-export. A dedicated wallet is created through our wallet infrastructure provider; you may export its private key, while the service and its provider retain authorization capabilities needed to perform supported app operations. Exporting a key does not revoke those existing capabilities.
You are responsible for protecting your login, second factor, devices and any exported private key. Anyone with a private key can permanently control the wallet. Tell us immediately at support@dumb.trade if you suspect unauthorized access.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. We cannot guarantee recovery of assets sent to an unsupported address, network or token. Use only assets and networks expressly shown as active in the app.
5. Usernames
Your username is unique and permanent. Once chosen it cannot be changed, and once released (including after account deletion) it will never be assigned to anyone else.
We may reclaim or remove usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or violate the Community Guidelines.
6. Fees
DUMB may charge a disclosed fee on orders or other eligible services. Third parties, including protocols and networks, may charge separate fees. Fees shown before confirmation control over general examples.
Real-value Arena outcome contracts are not currently available. If introduced, their entry limits, protocol fee, smart-contract custody model and location-specific terms will be disclosed before entry. Referral rewards are described in the in-app Refer page. We may change fees prospectively, subject to applicable law.
7. Content you post
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it within the Service and to promote DUMB.
You promise you have the rights to what you post and that it follows the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them, without notice. You can report content to us at any time.
8. Prohibited use
You must not manipulate markets, contests, prices, data sources, rankings or settlements; coordinate deceptive trading; create multiple accounts to farm rewards; collude with an Arena participant; exploit latency or non-public information; use bots to abuse the Service; evade eligibility controls; launder money; finance unlawful activity; harass others; or use DUMB in breach of law.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties: the trading protocol, blockchains, wallet infrastructure, relayers, data providers and app stores. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, errors, fees or losses they cause.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Market data can be delayed or wrong. The Service may be interrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUMB LABS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LIQUIDATIONS, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID DUMB IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify DUMB Labs LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
You can request account deletion in Settings. Withdraw supported balances first and preserve any exported key you need. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve transactions, security incidents or disputes.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access; reject or hold an operation; or preserve records where reasonably necessary for law, sanctions, security, integrity, fraud prevention, disputes or enforcement of these Terms.
14. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wyoming, except small-claims matters. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@dumb.trade.
15. Apple and Google app stores
If you downloaded DUMB from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and DUMB Labs LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). If the app fails a warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country and not on any U.S. prohibited-party list.
If you downloaded DUMB from Google Play, Google's terms also apply to your use of the store.
16. Changes and contact
