1. Market-esports contests
Two members take opposite LONG and SHORT sides of the same supported market for a fixed period. The entry and settlement prices are obtained from the designated exchange-data source. Price up awards LONG, price down awards SHORT, and an unchanged settlement price produces a draw.
DUMB may correct, postpone, cancel or void a contest affected by a data failure, manifest error, market disruption, manipulation, protocol incident or other integrity issue described in these Rules.
2. Free predictions
Eligible members may make a free prediction during the first quarter of a live contest. Picks then lock. Points, levels and streaks have no cash value, are not transferable and may be corrected or removed for error, abuse or manipulation.
3. Real-value outcome contracts
Real-value Arena outcome contracts are not currently available. Depositing funds, having a wallet or seeing an illustrative pool does not make them available.
If DUMB later offers outcome contracts, entries will be held by a published smart contract on Arbitrum, not by DUMB: entrants fund the contract directly, the outcome is determined by an independent price oracle, and winners and refunds are paid by the contract. DUMB charges only a fixed protocol software fee set in the contract code and capped at 5% of each entry, earned on volume regardless of outcome and returned in full if a contest is refunded. DUMB cannot move, redirect or withhold entrant funds, but smart contracts, oracles and networks can fail, and audited code is not risk-free. Such contracts will also be governed by additional terms shown before entry, including eligible locations and persons, the designated settlement mechanism, entry limits, fees, cancellation rules, dispute procedures and any identity or compliance checks. No person has a right to participate merely because the feature is technically accessible.
4. Objective settlement
A future outcome market, if offered, would settle under the published rules using the designated market-data source and settlement time. Displayed probabilities, multipliers and estimated returns would be indicative until entries close and would not guarantee profit.
Smart contracts, automation or non-custodial technology do not eliminate market, software, oracle, regulatory or counterparty risks. Any applicable contract address, audit status and administrative powers would be disclosed before launch.
5. Integrity
Participants must not collude, hedge through undisclosed coordinated accounts, intentionally lose, manipulate the reference market, exploit latency or errors, use non-public information, or evade entry limits. A fighter may never take the opposing outcome in their own contest.
We may investigate and, where permitted by applicable rules and law, reject, suspend, void or delay settlement affected by suspected manipulation, prohibited conduct, sanctions or a material technical failure.
6. Eligibility and location
Arena availability is determined by the user's location, residence, age and any other required eligibility criteria. Real-value outcome contracts, if offered, are expressly unavailable to U.S. persons: anyone located in, ordinarily resident in, domiciled in, or a citizen or green-card holder of the United States or its territories, or acting for one. You must not use a VPN, proxy, false location, third party or other method to evade a restriction.
Calling Arena market esports, a prediction market or an outcome-contract product does not decide its legal classification. DUMB may withhold the real-value feature from any location or person without notice where required for compliance or risk management.
7. Risk acknowledgement
Market predictions can result in the loss of the full amount committed. Never use borrowed funds or money needed for living expenses. No CALL, AI output, displayed probability or other member's activity is advice or a guarantee.
